What data we collect
When you use the contact form or write to us: your name, email address, company name (optional), the type of project and your message. We do not use this website to collect any other personal data, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote. These are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we work together, we also use your data to manage the project and invoicing and to meet our legal accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client data related to contracts and invoices is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed only by service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as website hosting and email, under contracts that protect your data. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To do so, email contact@bloomlinkco.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
